The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. The Group comprises of a Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, an Executive Lounge, 532 guest rooms, 12 meeting spaces and 3 restaurants. Located at the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal, it is the first accommodation, meeting and event space developed in this precinct.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Bartender to join our dynamic team at ibis & Pullman Hotel at Brisbane Airport.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Take ownership of the bar area to ensure memorable guest experiences
Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, cider and soft drinks
Cleaning and maintaining the bar area
Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent, memorable guest experiences
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Bartender
Passion for the hospitality industry
Have a “can do” attitude and a friendly demeanor
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including late finishes, weekends and public holidays
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and products
Responsible Service of ******* certification (mandatory)
Well-groomed and professional in appearance
