Overview of the Role: Train the trainee to Interact with the customer in order to identify and understand their requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction, Install and Repair dysfunctional system, Identify dysfunctional components through visual inspection and by use of multimeter Responsibilities and Duties: - Conducting training and practical sessions of the student batches for the Counter Sales Associate (Tourism & Hospitality) job role. - Apart from conducting training sessions and laboratory sessions as per guidelines, broad responsibility areas may also include customer management, organizing internship, on the job training and placement drives, contacting relevant recruiters / Hotels/ Companies if required. - Minimizing student dropouts and maximizing student attendance during the skill programmes and also ensuring student learning outcomes are delivered as per the course design. - Participate in TOT (Train the trainer) sessions and workshops as organized and arranged by Medhavi Foundation. Qualifications and Skills Certificate in relevant sector - Hospitality & Hotel Management - Counter Sales Executive 12 th Pass or Graduates, in relevant domain from a recognized university can apply. Greetings from Galaxy International Group Of Companies !!! We are hiring a BAR TENDER for our 3 Star Hotel, Galaxy Luxuria in Gangtok, Sikkim. Roles:
• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
• Developing new cocktail recipes.
• Evaluating Bar performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
Experience : 2 years in Bartending mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: +15,000.00 - +18,000.00 per month Benefits:
