Barista Trainer
Job Description
• Work as a Senior Barista while supporting daily café operations and guest service.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food products as per company SOPs and quality standards.
• Handle guest orders, billing and customer service activities.
• Conduct induction and training programs for Baristas, GSAs and Supervisors.
• Travel to company-owned and franchise outlets for product, service and SOP training.
• Ensure implementation of recipes, SOPs, food safety and service standards.
• Monitor beverage quality, product consistency and guest experience.
• Coach outlet teams on product knowledge, upselling and customer engagement.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, checklists and operational records.
• Support outlet managers in improving sales, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify training needs and support manpower development initiatives.
Requirements
• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Service or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience as a Barista, Senior Barista, Shift Supervisor or Café Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, café operations and customer service.
• Good communication, presentation and team coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel across outlets when required.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, food safety and hospitality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,269.98 per month
