We’re Hiring: Barista



Not just a barista. Not just a brewer.

We’re looking for someone who treats coffee like a craft, a science, and an obsession.



If you’re the kind of person who:

• Experiments with new coffee-based drinks just because you *can*

• Understands beans, roast profiles, grinding, and brewing at a deep level

• Pays attention to taste, texture, aroma — and customer reactions

• Actively seeks feedback and refines recipes

• Loves turning ideas into signature beverages

• Can occasionally step behind the counter and run the show when needed



…then this role is for you.



What you’ll do:

• Create and develop innovative coffee recipes

• Work closely with customer preferences and evolving tastes

• Conduct hands-on R&D for new beverages

• Standardize recipes for consistency across outlets

• Manage occasional shop operations and serve customers

• Bring passion, creativity, and precision to every cup



We’re looking for:

• 8–9 years of experience in coffee/brewing

• Strong practical knowledge of coffee machines, beans, roasting, and brewing techniques

• Someone skill-first — certifications are great, but your craft matters more

• A true coffee enthusiast (borderline coffee scientist ☕🧪)
