Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Waiter located in Mumbai. The Banquet Waiter will be responsible for setting up banquet spaces, serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service areas, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role may involve coordinating with other staff to fulfill event requirements and attending to guests' needs promptly.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Food Service and Food & Beverage handling processes
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a guest-focused approach
• Ability to work in a team and handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality or events industry is an advantage
• Flexible and willing to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
