• Overseeing event setup and breakdown.
• Ensuring all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Logistics and Operations:
• Managing event logistics, including vendor coordination and event staff scheduling.
• Ensuring smooth event flow and addressing any issues that arise.
• Preparing reports and analyzing event data.
• Staff Management:
• Supervising and training banquet staff.
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Marketing and selling conference and banqueting facilities.
• Generating leads and following up with potential clients.
• Other tasks:
• Managing reservations and scheduling.
• Checking all bills are paid on time.
• Briefing staff and checking the room set-up before the event.
• Monitoring the daily operations of the banquet department.
