Job Description
Responsibilities
oProcess transactions as per SOP & Customer Instructions
oEnsure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
oEnsure to meet the metrics laid down by the process
oIdentify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the TL/AM
oEnsure adherence to established attendance schedules
Requirements
o
Education :
Graduation of any stream
oFresher's are welcomed
o
Experience Range :
Minimum 1yr in any process
oFoundational skillsoExcellent OTC Derivatives domain knowledge
oStrong verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
oProven analytical skills including data reconciliation and interpretation
oStrong attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to notice minor discrepancies / issues
oAbility to work autonomously and deliver results in a high pressured environment
oAbility to understand the process risk and ensure timely reporting and escalation of critical risks & non-compliance with policies, standards, and limits
oAbility to challenge the status quo and drive the automation /process efficiency.
o
Desired skills :
Typing skills with 40 wpm with +5% accuracy
