As Branch Operations Executive, you will be subordinate of a Branch Executive who is delegated responsibility for all aspects of the office’s technical and other activity at Ahmedabad branch, often including the supervision of all supportive staff. They may have expertise in back-office operations, general banking manage etc, refer other responsibility as below
Job Role at Kotak Bank Ahmedabad:
• Responsible for management of day to day operations of the Ahmedabad branch.
• Ensuring strict adherence to prescribed processes, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Timely authorization and checking SO/SDO/RO system input for customer transaction/ service request
• Branch Lobby and customer queue management.
• Managing cash (including FX and TCs) at the Ahmedabad branch and ensuring that cash (including FX and TCs) is within branch limit.
• Customer complains management and ensuring resolution of all complaints within TAT.
• Be responsible for the AML & KYC compliance of the various account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC
Requirement to join Kotak limited:
• Candidate should have MBA or minimum graduate from any subject.
• Minimum work exp. 1 years in operation / branch banking
• Thorough overall understanding of banking
• Customer service orientation
• Local or native from Ahmedabad Gujarat.
• Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
• Customer service oriented
• Meticulous
• Eye for details
