Banking Finance Solicitor/Associate (2-4 PQE)

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a large variety of work and a chance to meaningfully contribute to the growth of our Banking Finance practice, by building relationships with clients and engaging in business development initiatives.

Key activities include:

Drafting, negotiating and agreeing finance documents.
Assisting senior team members in transaction management on key transactions.
Working with other team members to deliver documentary conditions precedent to transactions.
Supervising and supporting paralegals, trainees and newly qualified team members.
Responsibility for managing own transactions where appropriate, supported by senior lawyers.
Building relationships with new and existing clients and supporting the practice in business development.
