Arisinfra is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup in the construction material space. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our finance team in Mumbai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a financial professional looking to contribute to our company's success and grow their career in a dynamic environment.
Location: Vidhya Vihar, Mumbai (It is a six-day working, where the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are holidays.)
Responsibilities:
Banking and Treasury-related Activities:
• Banking Compliance: Knowledge of banking regulations, Renewal of Sanctions, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Brief knowledge of Stock & Book debt Audits and familiarity with auditing processes related to stock or inventory held by the organization.
• Managing BG (Bank Guarantee) Requirements: Experience in handling bank guarantees, including issuance, renewal, and management of related documentation.
• Addressing Account-related Requests: Strong communication skills and attention to detail to promptly respond to requests from lenders and provide necessary documents like financial statements, compliance certificates, etc.
Insurance Activities:
• Monitoring Insurance Limits: Ability to assess credit risks and monitor insurance limits effectively to minimize exposure to bad debt.
• Applying for new Insurance Limits: Understanding of the underwriting process for insurance and proficiency in preparing and submitting applications for new insurance limits.
• Monthly Data Preparation: Analytical skills to gather and prepare accurate data for monthly reporting to the insurance company.
• Book Keeping: Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and related documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Additionally, the individual should have proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also be familiar with relevant software and tools used in banking, treasury, and insurance operations.
