Tree Top View is a residential home for adults aged 18 plus, who have complex needs including autism, learning difficulties and associated challenging behaviours. The home is situated in Leyland near Preston and consists of a detached house within its grounds and a separate annexe. The accommodation allows adults to both enjoy the advantages of communal living but to also practice independence skills within their own quiet space.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
You will also;
Support with personal care and daily living skills to promote independence.
Assist with recreational activities such as bowling, cinema trips, theatre visits, and swimming.
Help with shopping and errands to support day-to-day needs.
Participate in social and family visits to encourage community engagement.

No previous experience is required to become a support worker with us — just a genuine caring attitude and a passion for helping others.
