Are you passionate about working with children and looking for flexible hours to suit your lifestyle? We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our Bank Staff Team at East Harptree Nursery.

As a member of our Bank Staff, you’ll support our permanent team in delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 6 months - 5 years. You’ll step in as needed to cover staff absences, holidays, or busy periods—so every day could be different!

Key responsibilities:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
Support children’s learning through play and planned activities
Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
Work collaboratively with permanent staff and contribute to the team spirit
Communicate effectively with children and colleagues
