Bank Reconciliation Team Lead

As a Bank Reconciliation Team Lead at ST, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all bank postings in SAP. Your responsibilities will include daily clearing of bank GLs, preparing and posting B* documents and bank JV, reconciling bank balances in SAP with the bank statement, and finalizing monthly bank reconciliations. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving discrepancies, performing applicable Sox controls, and providing audit support for any Bank Reconciliation related queries.

You will work closely with the GBS teams and site treasury to ensure all bank postings are reconciled and follow-up on pending SAP postings. Your role will involve leading and mentoring team members globally in performing bank reconciliations. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach will be essential to excel in this role.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and have 3-5 years of experience in Bank Reconciliations in SAP. The role requires you to thrive in a Shared Service environment, demonstrate the ability to multitask, manage workloads effectively, and consistently meet deadlines. Additionally, you should be ready to work long hours during month-end and year-end book closures in EMEA shift timing.
