Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as a Bank Account Opening Officer. As a Bank Account Opening Officer, you will be responsible for opening zero-balance lifetime-free savings accounts for customers. This is a work from home role, so you must have a reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer.
Responsibilities:
Identifying potential customers and explaining the features and benefits of our zero-balance lifetime-free savings account.
Assisting customers with the account opening process, including documentation and verification.
Meeting daily and monthly targets for account openings and revenue generation.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Providing feedback to the management team on customer needs and concerns.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
High level of integrity and ethics.
Compensation:
This is a salaried commission-based role, with an attractive commission structure.
You can earn between INR 150-500 for each zero-balance lifetime-free savings account that you open. If you open 10 accounts in a day, your daily earning will be INR 1500 and 45000 rupees monthly.
