Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bancassurance Specialist at Care Insurance. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through bank partnerships, maintaining relationships with bank channels, training bank staff on insurance products, and monitoring performance metrics to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Sales and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in bancassurance or insurance sales
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Certifications in insurance or bancassurance is a plus
