Job Description
The Bancassurance Sales Manager is responsible for driving insurance sales through the banks branch network.
This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with the bank's branch management. The ultimate goal is to maximize insurance penetration and profitability within the bank's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Achievement:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed insurance sales targets for the assigned region.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Implement strategies to increase insurance penetration and cross-selling within the bank's customer base.
Team Management
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales professionals.
• Monitor team performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
• Collaborate with the bank to identify and implement joint sales initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the insurance company and the bank.
Product Knowledge
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's insurance products and services.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
• Effectively communicate product benefits to bank customers and staff.
