Segment Global Markets Group :: Balance Sheet Liquidity Management Location Mumbai looking for candidates from Banking. Educational - MBA / CA Grade - MGR / CM / AVP Job title: Balance Sheet & Liquidity Management - Global Markets Group. Overall Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for bringing aggressive growth through Money Markets & ALM. Specific Roles and Responsibilities: 1 Liquidity management - funding the INR balance sheet of the bank by borrowing / lending in various forms like overnight market, CBLO, Repo with RBI/market counterparties etc to ensure optimal utilisation of funds 2 Placing/sourcing the FCY balance sheet of the bank - managing swaps,NOSTRO balances, FCY loans, repayments and corporate action 3 Ensuring the regulatory limits like CRR, SLR and ALM ratios (LCR, NSFR and other parameters) set for the Bank are meticulously followed 4 Managing the Government Securities portfolio - HTM portfolio and AFS portfolio. 5 Actively manage the asset side of the balance sheet of the bank in pricing the INR and FCY assets as well as deposit rates 6 Primary market operations -Analysis and participation in primary issuances of dated securities, Treasury bills 7 Achieving revenue targets set for individual position 8 Managing the supporting stakeholders like Operations and Relationship Bankers to ensure proper management of trades, balance sheet and regulatory limits set for the Bank + Planning and assisting annual review of business, limits and targets. WORK EXPERIENCE Preferred: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the ALM
