Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Bakery Chef - Teaching Faculty for a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The faculty member will lead baking and confectionery classes, teach foundational and advanced techniques, guide students in hands-on baking sessions, and assess their progress. Additional responsibilities include preparing course materials, assisting with live operations at the in-house training restaurants and hotel, and contributing to curriculum development to ensure alignment with industry standards and trends.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Bakery techniques, including advanced baking and food preparation methods
• Experience in crafting and teaching specialized baked goods such as cookies and bread
• Strong hands-on skills in practical food preparation and presentation
• Prior teaching or training experience in culinary arts or relevant industry experience
• Exceptional communication and mentorship skills
• A degree or certification in culinary arts, bakery, or a related field is preferred
• Commitment to staying updated on the latest bakery and confectionery trends
