Required Qualifications And Experience
• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
• 13-15 years of experience (at most) in building products and/or features in banking or NBFC domain
• Post-graduation in Management from a Tier 1 B school, with graduation in Computer sciences or equivalent from a Tier 1 Engineering college
• Deep customer focus by understanding customer behavior and analyzing data & real-world experiences
• Detailed orientation & very structured thinking, who can think of customers’ full journey and experience.
• A deeply analytical mindset and track record for making data driven decisions whilst also building business intuition around the credit product
• Ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions
• Proficiency with analytics, performance monitoring, advertising deployment and attribution tools and ability to do deep data analysis to develop recommendations
• Strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborating with cross functional teams
