Job Description
night shift (timing: 7:30pm to 4:30am IST- Remote work) to support the backend operations of our retail and restaurant businesses. The ideal candidate will excel in financial reconciliation, employee management, loss prevention, and sales optimization. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Money Reconciliation:
Review and reconcile daily financial reports to ensure accuracy in cash flow.
Cross-check sales data against reports to identify discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and resolve any variances promptly.
2. Employee Scheduling and Management:
Create and manage schedules for all store employees to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Adjust schedules proactively to avoid overtime and maintain payroll efficiency.
Monitor shift coverage and address absenteeism or scheduling conflicts.
