The Job
Responsibilities:
• Main task is to ensure repeat orders are received from customers- either by speaking to sales person or if required by Speaking to Customer directly. Main task is order taking and specially order taking process has been put in place.
• We will start from one Branch and eventually will be handling multiple Branches
• Good attention to detail is required since we work with multiple products. In case person is from non Science or non commerce background specially go through our website.
• Should be good at Maths, and Excel/ Google sheet as in the role Performa invoice will have to share with the customer.
• Will involve planning and sharing details with sales person, so someone who likes to plan will be an additional advantage.
• We rely heavily on processes so someone who can work on near sheets.
The Profile
Qualifications:-
• Must be 12th Pass from Commerce/ Science background.
• If Non Science/ non commerce then please go through products page on our website.
• Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Science Background will be an added bonus.
• At least 1 year of Work experience
• We expect acceptable written and oral speaking English.
• Smart working Candidates with a good working attitude and aptitude for learning
