Job Description – CRM Engineer
Position: CRM Engineer
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location - Vadodara
Reporting To: Head – Sales & Business
Experience - 2-5 years
Education - BSC / Diploma mechanical / Btech
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements.
• Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
• Monitor order status and proactively update customers on manufacturing and delivery schedules.
• Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and technical support.
• Support key accounts in the Oil & Gas, Defence, Railways, Steel, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, or Project Coordination within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in hose assemblies, hydraulic products, oil & gas equipment, industrial components, or EPC projects is preferred.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
