*Key Responsibilities:*
Handle customer interactions via Calls, Emails, WhatsApp, Chat & Surveys.
Collect & analyze customer feedback.
Build and engage customer communities.
Coordinate Product Launches, Beta Testing & Feedback Programs.
Monitor Online Reviews & Social Media Sentiment.
Prepare Reports & Share Customer Insights.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, R&D & Support Teams.
*Requirements:*
Freshers & candidates with *1–3 years* of experience can apply.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Knowledge of CRM, Customer Support or Customer Experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
