Back Office Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist ECA College students with enrolment, day-to-day communication, and inquiries, and assist academic managers with requests.
• Manager student service main email and response within 24 hours
• Prepare orientation process in each intake
• Follow-up fees and outstanding fees
• Process student inquiries such as deferment, withdrawal and change of courses.
• Answer and assist phone inquiries
• Process enrolment and class allocations in each terms and intakes
• Follow and process college's procedure for current student enrolment
