Soul Origin Chirnside Park is currently seeking CASUAL KITCHEN HANDSto join the team!

Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Can you confidently work alone, or as part of a small team? Then the Back of House role is for you! You’ll be responsible for:

· Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner.

· Ordering and receiving stock.

· Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.

· Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.

To be successful you’ll have:

· Experience using commercial grade knives

· Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes

· Excellent work ethic and attention to detail

· Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required

· A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

· Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
