We are seeking a passionate and dedicated baby-preschool Swim Teacher to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and teaching young children early swimming skills and safety in the water. This position requires creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with children and water.
Duties
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating teaching environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the child's development.
• Requirements
• Baby-preschool swim teaching qualification or level 2 swim teaching preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to educate children in a fun and engaging manner while ensuring their safety and well-being.
• A passion for teaching the life saving skill of swimming.
