B2B Tech Sales and Digital Marketing (Majorly Commision Based role)
Location: Ahmedabad,India
Type: Full Time (In Person Only)
Experience: 2-5 Years

Perceptive Labs is building the marketplace of autonomous AI agents. Each agent runs 24/7, connects directly to customer data, and delivers measurable business outcomes. We’re early-stage and looking for a Tech Sales and Digital Marketing person, to join us. This role will own the technical backbone of the company and help shape the culture, standards, and product DNA.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals (revenue, ROI, customer pain points)
• Ability to explain technical products in a simple, clear, and persuasive way
• Experience in sales, digital marketing, or a combination of both
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience working on performance metrics
• Fast execution and ability to test and iterate quickly
• Ownership mindset with accountability for results
What You’ll Build
• End-to-end customer acquisition funnel (marketing → sales → conversion)
• Outbound and inbound sales pipelines
• Performance-driven marketing campaigns (paid, content, or email)
• Conversion-focused funnels (ads → landing → follow-up)
• Revenue growth through closing and optimization
Nice to Have
• Experience in SaaS or tech sales
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms
• Startup or 0→1 growth experience
Interview Process
Our selection process is designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural alignment:
• Initial Conversation (30 minutes): Background, mindset, and communication assessment
• Practical Assessment (30 minutes): Evaluation of sales ability (pitch + objection handling) and marketing thinking (funnel + execution approach)
• Final Discussion (30 minutes): Role expectations, ownership, and growth alignment
