Enlighten Press is an international educational publisher, and we are looking for driven individuals to work the following territories:
Melbourne
Brisbane
Sydney
Adelaide
This is a professional B2B field sales role. We are looking for someone with a background in sales (Field Sales, Door-to-Door) who is ready to step up into a professional B2B environment.
You will be visiting Childcare Centres and Primary Schools to present our premium educational resources focusing on Wellbeing, Diversity, and Sustainability.
Why Join Us?
Earnings: High Base Wage + Uncapped Commission. Top reps clear $2,500 – $3,000+ per week.
Company Car: Full-time use of a company vehicle + Fuel (personal use included).
The Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours (8am–5pm). No weekends, no late nights.
Impact: You aren’t selling junk; you’re selling resources that actually help kids.
The Role
Face-to-Face Prospecting: You will be on the road daily, visiting centres to identify and engage with decision-makers.
Direct Closing: Presenting our packages to Directors and closing sales on the spot.
Autonomy: You manage your own territory. We provide the car and the training; you provide the results.

Professional: You are a confident communicator who can build rapport with School Principals and Directors.
