Job Title: B2B Client Acquisition β Digital Marketing / SaaS Solutions
π Location: Bhopal (M.P.)
π Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
π Working Hours: Monday β Saturday | 10:00 AM β 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in independently generating leads, building a sales pipeline, engaging with decision-makers, and successfully converting prospects into long-term clients.
Candidates with experience in selling Digital Marketing Services, B2B SaaS products, IT Services, Software Solutions, or other business solutions to B2B clients are encouraged to apply.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will own the complete sales cycleβfrom prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting and multiple lead generation channels.
β’ Build and manage your own sales pipeline independently without relying solely on company-generated leads.
β’ Reach out to business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
β’ Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
β’ Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the strategy team.
β’ Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
β’ Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with internal teams during project initiation.
β’ Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
β’ Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
β’ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
β’ Achievement of monthly revenue and business development targets.
β’ Number of qualified B2B leads generated independently.
β’ Sales pipeline creation and management.
β’ Qualified client meetings scheduled with decision-makers.
β’ Lead-to-client conversion rate.
β’ Successful client acquisition and onboarding.
β’ Follow-up consistency and timely movement of opportunities through the sales funnel.
β’ CRM updates and sales reporting accuracy.
β’ Client retention and upselling performance.
Requirements
β’ Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
β’ Experience in selling Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, etc.), B2B SaaS products, IT Services, Software Solutions, or related business solutions.
β’ Proven ability to independently generate leads through multiple prospecting channels.
β’ Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
β’ Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
β’ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience in a Digital Marketing services, Marketing Services, IT Services, or SaaS Sales will be preferred.
