Job description
Job Title: Remote Academic Counselor (Night Shift)
Location: Work From Home
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Night Shift)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Academic Counselor to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to guide students in making informed academic decisions. This is a night shift role, ideal for individuals with a passion for education and career counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with students via phone, email, and chat to understand their educational and career goals.
• Provide personalized academic counseling and course recommendations based on student needs.
• Follow up with prospective students to guide them through the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure timely updates in CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student concerns and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement).
• Experience: Prior experience in academic counseling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Requirements: Must have a personal laptop with stable internet connectivity.
• Availability: Willingness to work night shifts and 6 days a week.
