Job description
• Coordinating communicating with clients, external legal counsel and all internal stake holders. • Undertaking regular monitoring of borrower accounts and maintaining an update on the developments in the respective borrower accounts. • Support reporting manager in initiating legal action under recovery laws. Liaison with the law firms representing Bank in various courts/Tribunals. • Restructuring of cases under various mechanism. Appraising restructuring proposals scrutinizing relevant documents before proposing/seeking approval from credit, ensuring compliance with organizational credit policies. • Preparing credit memo’s to seek internal approvals as per the in-country policies and Group SAM policies. • Coordinate with various departments and Head Office for India- MIS, for internal as well as external reporting.
