The Role Responsibilities Business Support The role supports CCIB Investments Finance FP&A. • Working closely with Tech, operations finance teams and also group performance reporting teams to ensure adequate compliance of policies and procedures take care in investment accounting, impairment recognition and restructuring. • Understanding the financial processes end to end and working efficiently towards delivery of on demand CFO analytics to support specific business scenarios on investment financials. • Work closely with Project PMOs, business project leads, and other functional finance teams to ensure accurate recognition of accruals and forecasts of investment effort. • Providing guidance and support to other CCIB teams toward integrating the outcomes of the investment process within overall CCIB performance reporting and planning. • Partner with senior leaders to drive and deliver on performance management reporting and analytics though high quality MI and stakeholder engagement. • Driving process improvement, efficiency and resolving core business process issues across the investment process. • Continuously reviewing all processes in order to identify opportunities for process improvements. • Participate in pan CCIB change initiatives relating to investment and cost reporting processes. • Work closely with Accounting, Standard Reporting, and Planning and Control Teams. • Stakeholder management and escalation handling.
