Responsibilities or a New Car Sales Product Specialist:

Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, store leads referrals, etc.)
Work with New Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
Provide the best customer service in the industry
Requirements of a New Car Sales Product Specialist:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Solid working knowledge of the Internet
Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications
Familiarity with automotive financing
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
