We are looking for Automation Managers with exp in IT process automation using Seleniun / java / python..
Work location: Mahape, Mumbai ( Ghansoli is closest railway station)
POSITION Automation Manager
ROLE Automation Manager
REPORTING TO Head of Technology
POSITION STATEMENT:
The Program Manager will be responsible for leadership in planning and execution of all Automation
initiatives of cloud practice including synthetic monitoring, Application Performance Management
and Cloud Operation. You would need to keep self & team updated with new automation tools /
technology within industry. Ensure all automation projects are delivered in accordance with defined
framework. Establish working relationships and routinely interface with: project sponsors, business
stakeholders & technology partners
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
? At least 15+ years of total experience with min 8+ years of people management experience
? 8+ years of extensive experience in Automation using Selenium + JavaPython.
? Solid knowledge and good hands - on SQL and scripting language.
? Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Team.
? Experience in working on AWS, Azure, GCP & SFDC platform is preferred
? Expertise in Excel and VBA.
? Excellent in communication.
? Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly & ability
to work under pressure.
? Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work. Experience in
Service Life cycle Management with relevant experience in Service Operations, Transition and
Continuous Improvement.
? Coordination and interpersonal skills required to work across multiple service teams to
communicate effectively to both internally and externally facing organizations.
? Should communicate urgency and impact to restore service as quickly as possible.
? Should be able to manage stakeholders in positive, poised, and effective manner.
? Solid reporting skills via various tools and applications and implement Reporting
Cycles/Methods
? Relationship Management and Manage Crisis
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
? Stakeholder Management: Ability to connect and influence Internal and External
Stakeholders to understand and fulfil their requirement.
? Communication skills: Good communicator and the ability to make complex solutions
presentable in a simple and easy to understand language.
? Client-facing skills: Ability to work with people at multiple levels.
? Problem Solving Skills: Should be able to listen and work with clients to fully understand
their challenges.
? Ability to work as ONE team: Operate as a team and not in silos.
? Adaptability: Understanding of new technologies and platforms.
? Work under pressure: Ability to work in a dynamic and pressure environment
? Team Management: Confident to drive the team independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Involve in creating automation framework using Selenium + Python Java and TestNG.
? Develop test automation approach applying modern test automation techniques
? Schedule automation regression to run on regular interval.
? Identify and raise defect identified through automation test execution.
? Troubleshoot issues in automation scripts found during testing.
? Regular update automation test suite.
? Understand test case prioritization.
? Assess and raise risk/issues in testing.
? Timely report testing status with different stakeholders
? Drive continuous improvements to reduce false positives and exceptions
? Use problem management approach to automation delivery
