Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible AutoCAD Drafter & Project Coordinator who can handle not only technical drawings but also oversee day-to-day project-related work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for civil, plumbing, electrical, and architectural requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on overall project activities, not limited to drafting.
- Manage project documents, drawings, revisions, measurements, quantities, and records.
- Work confidently with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, vendors, contractors, and other teams.
- Track deadlines, pending tasks, and project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Review all work carefully and maintain high accuracy and precision in drawings, documents, measurements, and project details.
- Take ownership of tasks, identify issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of technical drafting principles and standards.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 5 - 10 year of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting/project coordination.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience working with civil, electrical, plumbing, architectural, or interior projects.
• Knowledge of additional CAD/design software is an advantage.
• Previous experience in project coordination or site coordination will be preferred.
