WE’RE HIRING: AUDIO WIZARD — SOUND, MUSIC & SPATIAL AUDIO

Air Media is a Mumbai-based creative-tech startup. We’re looking for an all-round audio specialist for our five-person founding team.
You should be excited by the entire audio universe:
→ Creating original music from scratch
→ Composition, arrangement and sound design
→ Recording and producing vocals
→ Mixing and studio-grade mastering
→ Dolby Atmos and spatial audio
→ Working intelligently with AI-generated music and stems
→ Transforming imperfect AI output into distinctive, release-ready music
→ Creating catchy jingles, sonic identities and addictive reel hooks
→ Preparing stems, alternate versions, live tracks and organised sessions
→ Exploring where global music technology is heading next
We want someone with taste, technical depth and range—the kind of person who can move from a three-second hook to a cinematic soundscape without treating either as lesser work.
Formal qualifications matter less than extraordinary ears and proof of ability.
This is an in-house founding role in Mumbai.
COMPENSATION
Up to ₹12 LPA, based on profile
• project-wise bonuses linked to the results and revenue you help create
You will help build the sonic identity of original intellectual properties from their earliest stage—and develop audio systems that become faster, smarter and more ambitious with every project.
Only five people will be hired for Creative TECH LAB – Intake 1.
