Job Title- Audio Visual Custom Solutions, Assistant Vice President
Location- Pune, India
Job Description Summary
The Media Distribution and Meeting Rooms team is responsible for the architecture, design, engineering, testing and 3rd line support of Audio Visual Services, which are provided for all divisions and subsidiaries of Deutsche Bank, globally.
The role is responsible for design of custom spaces including Auditoriums, Town Hall/Divisible Rooms and Studios utilizing standard approved products within the bank.
The SME will be responsible for:
Audio Visual Design Subject Matter Expert Acting as primary AV-Contact between various PM’s, stakeholders and delivery teams
Collect Design Briefs from end user on the services and assign it to respective products/team for improvements/suggestions if any
Working closely with other channel/technical specialists and Lead Architects from within the End User Technologies group
Working closely with Product Architects, Global Real Estate, Integrators, Consultants, business application owners, security, and compliance specialists

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Role Requirements
Technical skills - essential:
Experience with the following technologies: IPTV video distribution, Streaming technologies, web casting, and video on demand, digital signage and meeting room control.
Knowledge of video protocols and services
Solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design, implementation, and operations
Experience with meeting room control and associated products, ideally Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Biamp, Dante, AVB
Experience in managing complex Audio Visual installations
Adapt to new technologies, running PoC evaluations and clearly documenting your findings and recommendations
Well versed with Unified Communications and Video Conferencing
Technical Skills - beneficial:
General understanding of Media Distribution and Meeting Room Technologies
Experienced in ÍT industry
Experience in Banking Industry
General skills:
Graduate Degree from a university (or equivalent diploma / work experience)
Experience with support of Communication Enabled Business Processes
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Education & qualifications:
Educated to bachelor's degree level in Computer Science, or a related discipline, from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience and certifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
