Responsibilities
Lead and participate in the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and financial reconciliations
Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash reporting
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) related to projects and manufacturing operations
Support project billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
Perform costing reclassifications and analysis at month end; evaluate and reconcile cost variances
Prepare and maintain month-end reconciliations related to inventory, projects, and manufacturing costs
Assist, guide, and act as a key accounting contact for the AP processor located in Australia, particularly during month end
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Identify process improvement opportunities within accounting and close procedures

Qualifications & Experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
