This Assurance Experienced Manager, Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing will manage finance and accounting outsource engagements, including proposal development, staff assignment and oversight, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full life cycle of assigned engagements by providing technical expertise in all areas within the finance and accounting function.
• Understand technology packages used by clients and describe their major functions.
• Facilitate discovery meetings with clients and design integrated solutions that respond to their specific situation.
• Accurately determine the cost of building a client solution and compare differences between perspectives.
• Work with Senior Managers to formulate recommendations to client leadership on technical accounting issues and financial management.
• Review solutions with clients to determine if they are still right for their business and recommend appropriate changes.
Requirements
• Seven or more years of experience performing general accounting transactions and functions required.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with outsourced and/or delivery center operations preferred.
• Consultative or business advisory experience preferred.
