• Supporting the Store & Design Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensuring the store personnel provide exceptional customer service
• Maximizing sales through effective merchandising and marketing.
• Dealing with customer queries and concerns
• Maximizing profitability and meeting sales target
• Maintaining financial records
• Liaising with corporate office and working with all concerned stakeholder internal and external
• Exhibiting professional approach in handling internal/external Customers
• Being well aware of the changing market dynamics and keep updated on all the industry related developments
• Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process
• Focusing on Customer Relationship
• Managing Team
