Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant HR Manager role based in Corporate Office Deoli nearby Kota. The Assistant HR Manager will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee life cycle management for site and office staff. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and leave data, and assisting with payroll inputs in collaboration with the finance team. The role will also involve supporting performance management processes, handling employee queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance. The Assistant HR Manager will work closely with management and project teams to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture across projects and locations.
Qualifications
Strong HR operations and administration skills, including employee database management, documentation, and HR reporting.
Experience in labour law Compliance with PF AND ESIC Compliance in Construction Industry.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding support.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to the infrastructure or construction sector.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or HR management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels and across project sites.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work on-site in Kota and coordinate with geographically dispersed teams and project locations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage.
Prior experience (2–5 years) in an HR generalist or HR executive role, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or a similar project-based industry.
Salary- 25,000-30,000 Per Month
