About the Role

Position Title: Service RM - GCIB

Corporate Title: Associate / Analyst

Reporting to: Head of GCIB North East India

Location: New Delhi

Job Profile

Purpose of the Role: Assisting NDL GCIB coverage and origination team with over client onboarding, transaction execution, client servicing and portfolio management responsibilities. Key deliverables would include:
• Client KYC and Onboarding, working together with RMs, COT and KAU
• Transaction Coordination , Monitoring and Execution working together with CSD, Branch Ops and ODI
• Documentation, Limit Administration and Portfolio Management working together with RMs, CRMD, CAD, Product, Legal and Compliance
• Assisting on Client Servicing and Relationship Matters working together with RMs and CSD
• Internal Memos, Recordkeeping and MIS

Primary Responsibilities :

Customer

Ensure end to end coordination with all relevant internal departments and manage client expectations to deliver a delightful service experience to the client in onboarding and transacting with MUFG. Working independently and responsibly, assist RMs with the internal deliverables listed above to allow them to focus better on client coverage and new business origination. Use every service touchpoint and engagement with the client to differentiate MUFG’s brand positioning and help elevate the institutional relationship

People

Maintain good working relationship and rapport with various first and second line stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless delivery to the client as One MUFG.

Risk / Control

Ensure adequate business control around risk and compliance thresholds. Tight monitoring to maintain minimum operational risk and breach of controls incidents. Exhibit and promote “do the right thing” culture.

Strategic

Ideate and contribute towards constructive improvements of existing processes and practices, to help transform the franchise for better

Key Relationships:

External : Good rapport and working relationship with various internal functions (including Branch Ops, ODI , CSD, COT, KAU, Legal, Compliance, CRMD, CAD, Products) as well as relevant client interfacing experience would be very useful in delivering seamlessly on the required KPIs

Skills Knowledge :
• Relevant Domain knowledge ( KYC, Operations, Transaction Execution, Basic Product Credit Understanding, Documentation Portfolio Management)
• Hands on Client Onboarding, Servicing and Transaction Coordination experience
• Communication , Influencing, Stakeholder management skills

Education and Professional Qualifications Length and Type of Experience:

Graduate

Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing / operations / transaction execution
