Associate UIUX Design

Job Description : is looking for UI/UX Designers who can collect, research, investigate, evaluate user requirements, and deliver an outstanding user experience providing exceptional and intuitive application design.

Roles And Responsibilities Of The Candidate
• Evaluate user requirements, develop and implement new designs & layouts.
• Create low & high fidelity sketches, UI mockups & prototypes that illustrate how sites look like.
• Contribute to projects along with the product manager, developers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Understand customer journey, conduct competitive & visual analysis of our digital products.
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
• Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications.
• Intrigue us with new ideas or observations and make adjustments as per feedback.
• Build a strategy for reaching out to our target audience.
• Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs.
• Conduct, observe, and analyze usability testing sessions.
• Work with frontend and full-stack developers as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Must know FIGMA very well.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD will be a plus.
• Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
• Experience creating rapid prototypes.

Experience : Proven work experience of at least 2 years and a maximum of 5 years with a portfolio of sample projects
