Associate Transformation PMO

This position will work alongside and in close partnership with the Transformation Lead, different Business Function and ensure effective oversight of large bank-wide programs, through the analysis of Transformation reporting including identifying control gaps, inconsistent application of Transformation book of work guidance, and challenging these observations.

Key Responsibilities:

The PMO Analyst plays a crucial role in the change structure providing day-to-day support to the key business projects within the transformation portfolio.
• Drive the development and implementation of Transformation agenda for the bank
• Collaborate with the Business COOs and function PM leads on Transformation book of work
• Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery of change.
• Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure all progress and change is communicated simply and effectively.
• Work with HR to ensure training and cultural change is included in project plans.
• Provide excellent and robust governance across the delivery portfolio
• Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues and present findings and recommendations to Transformation Lead, Business COO Office and other support teams
• Provide reporting and informational updates to senior management on Transformation Workstreams
