Job Description
Qualifications:
Qualified BCom /MBA/ CA
Experience: 2-5 years post qualification
Key skills:
1. Analytical skills
2. High level competency in Word, Excel.
3. Document / Report writing skills
Responsibilities:
- Experience in transfer pricing and corporate tax, preferably in consultancy.
- Preparation of transfer pricing study reports
- Conducting Benchmarking analysis on Indian and Foreign database
- Preparation of master file and CbCR
- Preparing of Accountant's Report in Form 3CEB
- Preparation of legal submissions in response to notices received from the tax / transfer pricing authorities and at appellate levels
- Preparation of inter-company agreements
- Computation of income and tax liability, advance tax, etc.
- Preparation and e-filing of Income tax returns, Withholding tax analysis, SFT, FLA, etc.
