We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introduce our products or services, and gather valuable feedback. Responsibilities include managing call lists, updating customer information, addressing queries, and meeting daily call and conversion targets. Strong communication skills, a friendly approach, and resilience are essential. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is advantageous but not required. Key Responsibilities
• Outbound calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
