Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, ambitious, and consultative Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) to accelerate Pericent's business growth by identifying and engaging enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate possesses strong outbound prospecting skills, experience in enterprise software sales, excellent business communication abilities, and the confidence to interact with CXOs, IT Leaders, Digital Transformation Heads, Compliance Officers, and Business Decision Makers across domestic and international markets.

This role is responsible for generating qualified opportunities that contribute directly to the company's revenue pipeline.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Lead Generation
• Generate qualified enterprise leads through outbound prospecting.
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, industry databases, and market research.
• Identify decision-makers across IT, Operations, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Digital Transformation functions.
Sales Development
• Execute personalized outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business objectives.
• Qualify opportunities using BANT, MEDDICC, or similar sales qualification frameworks.
• Schedule high-value meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions for the Business Development team.
Customer Engagement
• Position Pericent's DMS, BPM, Workflow Automation, and Digital Transformation solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build trust-based relationships with enterprise prospects.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a consultative sales approach.
Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
• Track prospect engagement and follow-up activities.
• Ensure a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Sales teams to maximize lead conversion.
• Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Performance Excellence
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.
• Improve conversion metrics through continuous learning and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Proven experience in B2B Enterprise Software, SaaS, IT Services, DMS, BPM, ECM, ERP, CRM, or Workflow Automation sales.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to engage senior business stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
