Opportunity to work closely with the Real Estate Business Head

Our client has over $40 billion in assets managed across 12 office locations around the world across 6 asset classes: Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit Management, Absolute Return Investments, Infrastructure and Strategic Capital.
Job Description
Evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis - perform commercial due diligence, analyze data and make investment recommendations
Forming underwriting assumptions and preparing detailed financial models
Preparing business & market related presentations
Preparing investment memos and various other documents for presenting and supporting the investment opportunities put forward to the investment committee
Assist in drafting term sheets and other transaction documentation
Coordinate and engage with various external parties like lawyers, accounting firms, investment bankers during the transaction process
Asset management of the existing investments on a regular basis - through site visits, MIS review and engaging with operational teams
Continual research on real estate markets and the overall business environment
The Successful Applicant
4-6 years of experience
Qualification: Civil Engineer/ Architect/ Planner/ Others + MBA (Finance)/ CA / CFA
Preferred Experience: Real estate investments/ Real estate lending/ Real estate capital markets. May have worked with a real estate fund, an NBFC or an investment bank/ international property consulting firm.
