Your Role:
In this position, you will lead initiatives for the next generation of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) clients by applying a technology-driven approach to unlock growth. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will help shape and deliver modern RGM capabilities through advanced analytics, data products, and emerging AI technologies, enhancing the speed and quality of commercial decisions. Drawing on your wealth of experience in transforming RGM organizations, you will design and implement the necessary tools, processes, and operational models that drive impactful and sustainable growth for clients. You will also be instrumental in scaling our pricing platform by partnering with both client and internal teams to deploy, evolve, and integrate McKinsey's Periscope RGM platform as a fundamental enabler of the RGM vision. Your practical insights will be critical in ensuring technological adoption within businesses, translating innovations into actionable use cases, shaping the development roadmap, and nurturing the next generation of RGM leaders through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
• Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master's) preferred.
• 8+ years of post-graduate experience with an outstanding record of leadership.
• Experience at the Associate Principal/Partner level (or equivalent) at a renowned consulting firm.
• Deep expertise in Pricing & Margin Management / Revenue Growth Management transformations, preferably in the Consumer/CPG sector.
• Proven ability to cultivate senior client relationships and expand engagements through business development.
• Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional teams in designing and executing complex commercial solutions.
Please note, the role is based in Chicago, and certain jurisdictions require salary estimates. The estimated salary range for this position is $243,000 - $243,000 USD, which reflects our best estimate at the time of posting, though actual salaries may vary based on various factors.
