We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Trade Support Lead Representative to join our Middle Office Trade Support team within Investment Operations. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Monitor transaction exception queues and process is a timely fashion
Perform confirmation and settlement processes for global equity, fixed income, FX and money market products
Collaborate with global internal and external clients on complex transactions
Facilitate timely settlement and processing by interacting with global brokers, custodians and agents
Contribute to department efficiency and profitability by proactively supporting process improvement
Lead various departmental projects
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Understanding of transaction lifecycle for in scope asset types from execution to settlement
In depth experience of transaction processing
Demonstrate a control focused mindset
Exemplary communicator with excellent written and oral business communication skills
Experience of Front Office /Client facing communication
Strong organisational skills
Commitment to process improvement and efficiency
